Get Started

Welcome!  We are so glad you’ve chosen to pursue instruction in the Creighton Model System (CrMS) with us at Caritas FertilityCare™!

The first step is to attend a CrMS Introductory Session which introduces you to the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System and is presented by one of our practitioners. A schedule of existing CrMS Introductory Sessions can be found on the right hand column of this page. Individual practitioners may also be contacted to inquire about setting up a CrMS Introductory Session that will better suit your scheduling needs.

After the CrMS Introductory Session, a practitioner will schedule the first CrMS Follow-up Session with you, the client.   The majority of the individualized instruction in the CrMS takes place in these sessions. In total there are 8 CrMS Follow-up Sessions over the course of the first year of learning the system. Additional CrMS Follow-up Sessions may be scheduled thereafter as the reproductive needs of the client change.

The CrMS Follow-up Sessions are front loaded and occur every 2 weeks for the first 8 weeks of learning the system.   This is done in order to insure proper instruction in the method and in order to avoid confusion early on, when it is most likely to occur.  Follow-ups space out from there, to once every month and then to every 3 months.

For clients wishing to continue instruction at the follow-up sessions, a Materials Package is available for purchase at the Introductory Session. This package has everything a client needs to begin charting, including:

  • 1 CrMS chart, which holds 6 months of cycles
  • 1 sample package of stamps, necessary for charting
  • 1 Introductory Booklet

Please contact a practitioner to schedule a CrMS Introductory Session and to receive additional information on pricing of classes and materials.

A special note for infertility clients:

In most cases, in order to see a NaProTECHNOLOGY® trained Medical Consultant a client must have two months of NaProTRACKING® charts with a certified CrMS FertilityCare™ Practitioner. Infertility clients will follow the same protocol listed above to learn the CrMS. Practitioners will then assist clients with the referral process of seeing a medical consultant locally or working long distance with Dr. Hilgers at the Pope Paul VI Institute in Omaha, NE.
